We would like to offer a few tips how to best start mogul skiing or improve your performance.

  • 01

    Endurance and strength training:
    The months November and December are ideal for gaining physical fitness in order to stay injury free and succeed at the mogul skiing challenge. Ski Clubs and gyms are waiting for you.

    Skiing technique for mogul skiing:
    Learn from suitable skiing instructors or attend training camps. There are numerous tutorials on the internet and here are some of them.

    The trampoline:
    It is one of the most important training methods in order to practice and gain security in jumping / arial manoeuvres.

    Jumping on snow:
    Various fun parks offer opportunities to practice new jumps and get the feel for the Flugphase, the manoeuvre and landing.

    The waterramp:
    There are some but these are usually only open from beginning of June to the end of September. Further information will be available on this site from May 2017.

    Warm up: In order to avoid injuries it is recommended to do some suitable warm up exercises every time before taking the first turns in the snow.
